		<description>While, on the surface, these &#039;data retention&#039; measures do feel like an invasion of privacy, I believe there is at least SOME benefit to them. Surely having these records on file can be of at least some assistance in aiding litigation, preventing terrorism and other such matters of international interest. But, I must agree with you that regardless of the validity of the reasoning, these measure should not be implemented without due process.</description>
