		<description>Help.. even though a contract has expired between Chorus ntl and me self as the consumer with customer A/c no: 71533220 the above named company continously subject me into payments where their bill has been constantly changing relating one reason or another for over charges and lack of other advertised programmes as promised

att: customers are subjected into paying all costs even though there is no ethical geographical availability of such channels.</description>
