Interesting post. Would you consider scanning an email for spam/virus by a provider before it is delivered as interception of a communication?

i applied for citizen ship 2004 in june they refuse my appliction on ground of iam not agood citizen ihave police cllearance certificate i am self employed i contribute taxs i have not any crime then why not i am eligibel for citizenship please help me thanking you
